About the internship

QRATE CAPITAL LLP is looking for a dedicated investment banking back office intern to join our team. As an intern, you will have the opportunity to work closely on live mandates and will be required to extensively use your skills in MS Excel and MS PowerPoint to support various projects. Attention to detail and strong stakeholder management abilities will be crucial in ensuring the success of our operations.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include

1. Conduct thorough research and analysis on industry trends and potential targets and acquirers

1. Prepare detailed reports and presentations using MS Excel and MS PowerPoint

1. Assist in managing relationships with key stakeholders and clients

1. Ensure accuracy and completeness of all financial data and transactions

1. Support in building a data room and due diligence
