This internship is designed for individuals who want to understand how products, systems, and teams come together to deliver a reliable customer experience. As an inventory & business operations intern at Vraj:bhoomi, your role is not about counting stock; it is about ensuring accuracy, accountability, and flow between physical inventory, digital systems, and business teams.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include
- Inventory accuracy & reliability: Ensure stock data across Unicommerce, Shopify, and internal reports accurately reflects physical inventory at all times.
- System-to-ground alignment: Regularly reconcile website listings with warehouse stock to ensure products shown as available are actually in stock preventing order failures and customer dissatisfaction.
- Stock threshold management: Monitor and maintain predefined stock thresholds and flag risks early to relevant teams for timely action.
- Cross-team coordination: Work closely with the offline inventory team, marketing, design, and operations to ensure launches, campaigns, and daily sales align with inventory realities.
- Process discipline & improvement: Identify gaps or inefficiencies in inventory tracking, reporting, or coordination and suggest practical improvements to strengthen systems.
- Operational hygiene & reporting: Maintain clear, updated trackers and reports that help teams make informed decisions quickly and confidently.
