Key Responsibilities
- Inventory control & record management: Manage and maintain accurate records of all inventory items, ensuring real-time tracking and control of stock levels.
- Material planning & coordination: Plan material requirements in alignment with project schedules and coordinate with procurement and production teams to ensure timely availability.
- Receiving, storage & issue of materials: Oversee the receipt, proper storage, and issuance of materials in accordance with company policies and safety standards.
- Inventory analysis & optimization: Conduct regular inventory audits and analysis to identify slow-moving or excess stock, ensuring optimal inventory turnover.
- Logistics & dispatch coordination: Coordinate logistics and dispatch operations to ensure timely and accurate delivery of materials to required locations.

Other requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in electronics or master's degree in supply chain management, operations, or a related field.
- Previous experience in inventory management in any industry preferred.
- Strong knowledge of inventory control procedures.
- Certifications (optional but valuable):
a. Certified in planning and inventory management.
b. Certified in supply chain management.
