Key Responsibilities
- Generate new sales and retain existing customers
- Communicate with customers by making outbound calls to potential customers and following up on leads
- Answer potential customer questions and send additional information through email
- Research and discover methods to increase customer engagement
- Maintain accurate records of all leads and actual sales
- Address and resolve customer complaints
- Provide weekly sales reports
