1. Make outbound calls to international customers

1. Ask qualifying questions to determine customer eligibility

1. Accurately fill and update customer information in the system

1. Maintain professional communication throughout the call

1. Follow process guidelines and quality standards

1. Meet daily and weekly lead generation targets

1. Maintain accurate records and call notes

Who can apply

1. have minimum 1 years of experience

1. are from Delhi only

Other requirements

1. Strictly looking for candidates with excellent English communication skills and no Mother Tongue Influence (MTI) in pronunciation.

1. Candidates from South Delhi and West Delhi are preferred.

1. Freshers with excellent communication skills can apply.

1. Prior experience in a domestic BPO or International voice process is preferred.

1. Candidates must be comfortable with early morning shifts (5:00 AM – 2:00 PM).
