About the job
Key Responsibilities
- Handle international customer calls and communicate confidently with global prospects.
- Build and maintain professional relationships with leads through calls, emails, and virtual meetings.
- Conduct meetings, product demonstrations, and presentations via Google Meet.
- Engage regularly with prospects to nurture relationships and drive conversions.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, interactions, and follow-up activities in the CRM system.
- Follow up with prospective clients to identify business opportunities and support revenue growth.
- Ensure timely and professional communication with overseas clients and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with internal teams to provide a seamless customer experience.
Shift Timings:
- Part-Time Shift: 11:00 PM - 2:00 AM
- Full-Time Shift: 11:00 PM - 6:00 AM
