About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include
- Assist in creating email campaigns, LinkedIn posts, and product-focused content.
- Research global buyers and help execute targeted marketing strategies.
- Manage basic digital marketing tasks such as posting updates, drafting outreach messages, and analysing engagement.
- Identify new potential clients through online platforms, databases, and social media.
- Conduct cold calling to introduce our products and understand buyer requirements.
- Follow up with leads regularly through email, WhatsApp, and calls.
- Update the sales tracker with responses, pricing sent, and follow-up dates.
- Support in converting active leads into successful closures.
- Observe and learn how export documents are prepared (invoice, packing list, COO, health certificates, etc.).
- Understand certification requirements such as FSSAI, GMP, halal, kosher, and EU/US compliance.
- Learn how shipping, logistics, and export procedures work from start to end.
