We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic intern to support our sales and business development team through tele-calling (USA customers), customer follow-ups, lead generation, and sales coordination activities. This internship provides hands-on exposure to customer interaction, sales processes, CRM handling, and business communication.
The role is ideal for candidates interested in building a career in sales, marketing, customer relationship management, or business development.
Spoken English proficiency is an absolute pre-requisite as the calls entail calling prospects in the USA.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include
Conduct outbound tele calls to prospective international customers.
Introduce company products/services and generate business leads.
Follow up on inquiries, quotations, and pending customer requirements.
Maintain and update customer databases and sales records.
Handling of the entire process from calling to signing of the service contract with the company.
Prepare daily call reports and lead status updates.
Sales management activities and documentation.

Stipend Structure
Fixed pay: ₹ 15,000 - 15,001 /month
Incentive pay: ₹ 1,000 - 5,000 /month
