For Freshers / UG/PG students (In-person | Serious Learning mode) Track 1: 5 months + up to 1 year (Full-time | Paid Internship) - Average 12-20K.monthly Paid internship (First payment after 120 days ; monthly thereafter) Strong performers may get: PPO (Pre-Placement Offer) Recommendations for higher studies Industry job referrals (if you choose to go elsewhere)Special needy students: we can consider initial support to help you participate. Track -3 For School Students (In-person | Unpaid | Skill-first) - 10th to 12th grade Commitment: 60100 hours within 4 months Timing: Saturdays / Sundays / after-school / summer Reward: Not paid but goodies + robotics rewards after successful completion (things you can actually use to build cool stuff at home) Reco Letter : for future paid internships or college admissions This is perfect if you want a real summer internship that builds your profile with hands-on worknot certificates with zero learning. Who should apply?Were looking for builders who have at least ONE strong skill (more is a bonus): Design + Fabrication

• Tinkercad / Fusion 360 / Solidworks / any solid CAD
• 3D printing, laser cutting, prototyping mindset Competition experience
• Have participated in reputable robotics competitions (winning is a plus)

Electronics + Embedded + Programming

• PCB basics, microcontrollers, motors, sensors
• C++ / Python / MicroPython Mechanical Fix-it mindset
• Troubleshooting under pressure
• Strong mechanics/physics intuition
