Location: Mumbai (HQ) Stipend: 20,000 per month Duration: 6 Months Potential Full-Time Opportunity Based on Performance About PaRa Music [www.paramusic.com]PaRa Music is building Indias most valuable Music Company.We are a private equity-backed, tech-led Music company focused on building IP and monetising large-scale music catalogues across India.Role OverviewWe are looking for detail-oriented interns to join our Quality Control (QC) team. This role involves reviewing and validating audio and video content to ensure it meets platform, legal, and internal quality standards before distribution.This is a hands-on role suited for individuals who want to build a career in the music and digital content industry.Key Responsibilities Perform QC checks on audio tracks (metadata accuracy, audio quality, formatting issues, glitches, silence gaps, clipping, etc.) Review video content for sync, visual quality, encoding issues, and platform compliance Verify metadata including titles, artist names, ISRC/ISWC codes, and rights information Ensure content adheres to DSP (Spotify, Apple Music, YouTube, etc.) guidelines Flag discrepancies and coordinate with internal teams for corrections Maintain QC reports and track error patterns for process improvement Assist in maintaining internal QC standards and documentationEligibility Criteria Must not be currently enrolled as a student Strong attention to detail and ability to spot inconsistencies Basic understanding of audio/video formats and digital platforms preferred Comfortable working with spreadsheets, tools, and digital workflows Interest in music, content, and digital media industry is essential Prior experience in media QC, editing, or music-related work is a plusWhat We Offer Real-world experience in music publishing and digital rights workflows Opportunity to work with industry-grade systems and processes Exposure to audio, video, metadata, distribution, and digital platform operations Opportunity to work with one of Indias fastest-growing music companies Full-time employment opportunity based on performance after 6 months
