Now we're looking for sharp, social-native talent to grow with us.The RoleAs an Influencer Marketing Intern, you'll sit at the heart of campaign execution the engine room where briefs become live campaigns. You'll learn how India's creator economy actually works from the inside: sourcing the right voices, running outreach, coordinating content, and tracking what drives results. It's hands-on, fast-moving, and you'll own real pieces of real brand campaigns from day one.This is a launchpad role. Strong performers convert to full-time.What You'll Do
- Source & shortlist creators from our 50k+ network and beyond filtering by audience, language, vertical and past performance to build campaign-ready lists.
- Run creator outreach first contact, briefing, negotiating deliverables, and keeping creators on timeline.
- Coordinate campaign execution track briefs, content approvals, posting schedules and compliance across multiple live campaigns.
- Compile performance data collect content links, pull reach/engagement metrics, and help build post-campaign reports and client decks.
- Spot trends & creators early keep a pulse on Mollywood, regional creator culture, and what's trending across Instagram, YouTube, Snapchat and Moj.
- Keep the database sharp maintain creator records, rate cards and campaign history so the team always works off clean data.What We're Looking For
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Media, Business or a related field.
- Genuinely social-native you live on Instagram, YouTube and Moj, and you instinctively know who's worth following and why.
- Strong written and verbal communication in English; Malayalam, Tamil, Telugu or Kannada is a big plus.
- Organised and detail-oriented you can juggle multiple creators and deadlines without dropping the ball.
- Comfortable with Google Sheets / Excel and quick to pick up new tools.
- A self-starter who takes ownership and figures things out.Bonus Points
- Familiarity with the South Indian creator / entertainment landscape.
