Position Overview:The Reward Store is looking for a highly organized and creative Intern, Customer Support to support product management & catalogue operations initiatives across our global rewards platform.This role requires a combination of analytical thinking, attention to detail, creativity, and strongcommunication skills. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring products are accuratelyrepresented, visually engaging, and effectively positioned to support business growth and customerengagement. Position: Intern, Customer Support (FRESHERS ONLY with ExceptionalCommunication skills)Shift: Night shifts - 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM ISTLocation: HSR Layout, Bangalore Key Responsibilities Manage and maintain product catalogues across internal platforms. Coordinate product launches, updates, and catalogue enhancements. Support sales teams with product information, presentations, and reporting. Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to execute customer programs. Monitor data quality and improve product presentation. Strategically curate product selections to support sales. Research market trends and contribute to catalogue strategy. Skills & Qualifications Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce or a related field (2024/2025/recent graduates). Skilled in Excel, including formulas, reporting and data analysis. Excellent English communication skills and presentation skills. Proficiency in PowerPoint, Photoshop, Canva, or similar tools. Strong attention to detail, creativity, and strategic thinking. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Flexibility to work in night shifts.
