Intern Corporate Communications and Branding
Key Responsibilities
- Draft, edit, and refine high-quality content for internal and external communications, ensuring alignment with AISATS brand voice, messaging, and business priorities.
- Develop clear, structured, and impactfully written materials across formats, including newsletters, emailers, social media posts, website content, and leadership communications.
- Create visually compelling communication assets using Canvaincluding presentations, social media creatives, infographics, standees, and basic marketing collateral.
- Support content development for press releases, media notes, editorials etc.
- Update and optimize website content, incorporating basic SEO practices to enhance visibility and engagement.
- Assist in planning and maintaining a social media content calendar, ensuring consistency and timeliness of communication.
- Monitor LinkedIn engagement (comments, messages, etc.) and support community management.
- Track and compile performance metrics for platforms such as LinkedIn and internal channels; assist in building dashboards and reports.
- Conduct research on aviation, ground handling, and logistics industry trends to support content creation and thought leadership.
- Provide support in the execution of communication campaigns and other initiatives led by the Corporate Communications and Branding team.
- Assist with administrative and coordination tasks as required. Preferred Qualifications & Skills
- Pursuing or recently completed a Master's degree in Mass Communication, Marketing, Journalism, or related field (final-year candidates preferred).
- Strong writing, editing and design skills with the ability to adapt tone for different audiences and formats (design portfolio/writing samples preferred).
- Proficiency in Canva with an eye for layout, typography, and visual storytelling.
- Basic understanding of digital content, social media platforms, and content planning.
- Familiarity with SEO fundamentals is an advantage.
- Proficient in MS Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel).
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and ability to manage multiple tasks within deadlines.
- Ability to take direction, respond to feedback, and learn quickly in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive attitude, with a willingness to contribute ideas and support team initiatives. Duration 3 monthsLocation Mumbai
