About Parthenon Architects:-Parthenon Architects is a luxury interior design studio specializing in high-end residential and commercial projects. Our design philosophy is rooted in elegance, precision, and timeless aesthetics. The Role:-We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Interior Draftsman with a strong understanding of technical detailing and execution drawings. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in preparing detailed technical drawings for residential and commercial projects and should be capable of coordinating with designers, vendors, and site teams to ensure accurate execution. Key Responsibilities:-
- Prepare detailed 2D drawings and comprehensive working drawings for residential and commercial interior projects.
- Develop detailed furniture drawings, sectional details, ceiling layouts, flooring layouts, electrical layouts, all relevant service layouts and detailed wall elevations.
- Create practical and execution-ready drawings that are aligned with site conditions and project requirements.
- Coordinate with designers, consultants, vendors, and site execution teams for drawing updates and revisions.
- Ensure all drawings are accurate, practical, and aligned with site conditions and execution requirements.
- Revise drawings as per design modifications, site updates, and client requirements.
- Maintain proper drawing documentation, revisions, and version control throughout the project lifecycle.
- Support the project team with technical detailing and execution-related solutions.
Required Skills & Experience:-
- 2+ years of experience in interior drafting, preferably in luxury residential and commercial projects.
- Strong knowledge of detailed interior drawings and technical detailing.
- Ability to prepare accurate and execution-ready drawings with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and other relevant drafting software.
- Excellent coordination, communication, and time-management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work within deadlines.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail.
