About the job
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to pre-generated qualified leads for residential, commercial, hospitality, retail, and architectural projects.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, referrals, digital channels, and strategic partnerships.
- Conduct client meetings, site visits, and project discussions to understand client requirements.
- Convert leads into confirmed projects while achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Develop long-term relationships with clients, consultants, builders, developers, and channel partners.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with prospects and existing clients to generate repeat business and referrals.
- Establish relationships with real estate developers, property consultants, architects, builders, and commercial property owners.
- Recommend strategies for improving lead generation and conversion rates.
