THE ROLE Join the team powering Everpure’s global scaling efforts by architecting the modern integration ecosystem that connects our core enterprise systems. As an Enterprise Integrations Engineer, you will drive the design and delivery of seamless data pipelines across our HR, Finance, ITSM, and Identity Management architectures. Collaborating closely with cross-functional global stakeholders, security professionals, and third-party vendors, your mission is to eliminate manual processes and establish high-impact, automated infrastructure. Your work will directly scale our business operations, transforming disparate systems into a single, unified, and highly secure digital platform.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

Architect and Implement Scalable Frameworks: Own the end-to-end design, code development, testing, and deployment of secure integration pipelines using REST/SOAP APIs, JSON, XML, and middleware platforms (such as Workato, Boomi, or MuleSoft) to support rapid corporate growth.

Optimize the HCM Ecosystem: Lead technical integrations for enterprise systems—with a strong focus on Workday and third-party vendor platforms—to achieve seamless data synchronization for payroll, benefits, learning, and case management systems globally.

Enhance Data Pipeline Reliability: Build proactive monitoring solutions, reusable automated components, and detailed technical documentation to dramatically minimize system downtime and increase data synchronization speeds.

Secure Global Corporate Data: Partner with Security and Compliance teams to safeguard data flows, ensuring all integrations rigidly adhere to modern encryption, OAuth, SSO, role-based access controls, and strict global privacy regulations like GDPR.

Location: We are primarily an in-office environment and therefore, you will be expected to work from the Bangalore office in compliance with Everpure’s policies, unless you are on PTO, or work travel, or other approved leave.

WHAT YOU BRING

Deep Integration Technical Skills: Proven expertise building and troubleshooting complex integrations utilizing API development tools, SQL databases, and programming languages like Python, Java, or Go.
