The Integrated Director is responsible for the overall academic, administrative, operational, and strategic management of the integrated PUC program. The role ensures excellence in board examination results, competitive examination outcomes, student development, faculty performance, and parent satisfaction.Key ResponsibilitiesAcademic LeadershipDevelop and implement academic strategies to achieve outstanding results in PUC Board examinations and competitive entrance exams.Monitor curriculum planning, academic calendars, and lesson execution.Review student performance through regular assessments, analytics, and progress tracking.Conduct academic audits and implement improvement plans.Ensure compliance with state board and regulatory requirements.Faculty ManagementRecruit, train, mentor, and evaluate faculty members.Conduct regular faculty performance reviews.Organize faculty development programs and training workshops.Foster collaboration between PUC and competitive exam coaching teams.Student Performance & WelfareMonitor academic progress of students.Design intervention programs for low-performing students.Ensure effective mentoring and counseling systems.Address student grievances and disciplinary matters.Promote student well-being and holistic development.Parent EngagementConduct regular parent meetings and academic review sessions.Communicate student progress and institutional initiatives.Resolve parent concerns promptly and professionally.Operations & AdministrationOversee day-to-day campus operations.Ensure smooth functioning of classrooms, laboratories, libraries, and learning resources.Coordinate with administrative, transport, hostel, and support teams.Maintain institutional records and reports.Strategic PlanningSet annual academic and operational goals.Analyze institutional performance metrics and drive continuous improvement.Support admissions strategies and student retention initiatives.Build the institution's reputation through strong academic outcomes.Quality Assurance & ComplianceEnsure adherence to PU Board regulations and institutional policies.Maintain academic quality standards and documentation.Prepare reports for management and regulatory authorities.Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)PUC Board examination results.JEE/NEET/CET/CA Foundation or other competitive exam outcomes.Student attendance and retention rates.Faculty performance and retention.Parent satisfaction scores.Admission growth and institutional reputation.Compliance and audit outcomes.QualificationsMaster's Degree in a relevant discipline; Ph.D. preferred.B.Ed./M.Ed. preferred.1015+ years of experience in education, including leadership roles.Experience in integrated PU + competitive coaching programs is highly desirable.Skills & CompetenciesAcademic leadership and strategic planning.Team management and faculty development.Data-driven decision-making.Student counseling and stakeholder management.Excellent communication and presentation skills.Problem-solving and conflict resolution.Strong organizational and operational management skills
