- Experience in the UK Pension- Commercial Property
- Open to flexible shifts based on business requirements.
- Good verbal & written communication skills
- Good typing skill and attention to detail.
- Good time management skills. Ability work independently
- Up to 5 years of experience in UK Pension domain – Commercial Property.
- Experience in managing day-to-day activities related to commercial property within Self-Invested Personal Pension (SIPP) schemes. This includes processing acquisitions, disposals, lease transactions, inspections, and responding to technical and client servicing enquiries.
- Experience in remote transitions, developing quality checklists, performing RCA, and developing action plans to improve quality performance
- Knowledge of MS Office Tools.
Roles and Responsibilities: • Processing UK Pension commercial property claims inclusive of research and verification.
- Process property acquisitions and disposals within SIPP portfolios, ensuring documentation, compliance checks, and timelines are met.
- Support lease transactions, including rent collection setup, lease registration, and coordination of building works.
- Maintain accurate property records and ensure updates are reflected across internal systems.
- Coordinate rent reviews, liaising with surveyors and clients to ensure timely execution.
- Schedule and document vacant property inspections, ensuring health & safety and insurance compliance.
