Kalvium is on a mission to redefine computer science education for a generation. We're building India's most engaging, work-integrated B.Tech CS program already live at 20+ top universities and scaling fast. Backed by leaders from Google, Microsoft, Flipkart, and more, we believe great education should ignite curiosity, bridge real gaps, and launch careers that matter.
As an instructional designer intern, you'll directly shape how thousands of students across India learn and fall in love with CS. You'll help fix the gaps you faced as a student make tough concepts clear, turn passive lectures into projects, and help every learner thrive in the real world.
Note: This is not a software engineering or development role it's a hands-on, creative content-design position where you'll craft learning journeys, not write production code.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include
Full-course design: Build complete, digital-first CS courses content, activities, projects, and assessments tuned for genuine understanding.
Modern pedagogy: Break free from theory-only methods; invent ways to teach by doing, using code, projects, demos, and stories that matter.
Drive improvement: Collect feedback, measure outcomes, and evolve each course every month.
Collaborate: Work side by side with top educators, industry pros, and fellow designers to shape a unified student journey.
