Designation Instructional DesignerWork Location BangaloreWork Mode In-Office Management Trainees / MBA Freshers Can Apply Job Overview - The Instructional Designer role is unique in that it provides an opportunity to learn new topics quickly, work on building and solving industry projects, interact and network with top industry professionals and faculty members in the respective domain, and do work that directly impacts the lives and careers of our learners. Roles & Responsibilities -

• Understand the industry & learners requirements and develop courses to help students meet high standards
• Plan and execute student competency assessment and engagement to ensure extraordinary learning experience along with the program manager
• Conduct in-depth research to inform key decisions on program-market fit for different working professional audiences
• Quickly learn complex concepts and ensure the quality of content, instructional design, and overall course experience
• Design and develop instructional content in the form of videos, textual content, assessments, discussion questions, etc in collaboration with program managers, research assistants, video producers, etc. for learners
• Develop instructional aids for various teams within the organization to enhance program understanding and knowledge and enable a seamless experience for learners
• Define the subject matter expert persona and build a network of interactive course faculty with the team
• Define & structure content development process, work with educational content across all levels

Skills Required -

• Graduate/Post-Graduate (Business Degrees Preferred)
• Knowledge and relevant experience in building (digital) pedagogic content development/ instructional design; preferably higher education
• Excellence in problem-solving and structuring of complex processes in new terrains
