As an Instructional Designer Intern, you'll design and build courses that empower students to master the foundational and professional skills that unlock a lifetime of opportunity succeeding not just in academics, but in their careers and lives.
Note: This is a creative content-design role focused on building impactful learning journeys not a research, audit, or teaching-only position.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include
Design engaging courses: Create content, activities, projects, and assessments that make learning practical, interactive, and memorable.
Turn concepts into skills: Translate frameworks, formulae, and theory into hands-on, decision-ready learning.
Enable great teaching: Develop resources and guides that help mentors deliver your courses with clarity and confidence.
Drive improvement: Gather feedback, reflect on outcomes, and continuously enhance content never settling for 'good enough.'

Internship Details:
Role type: Internship only — a fixed-term internship with no full-time conversion.
Eligibility: Pre-final year and final-year students.
Duration: 3 months (fixed), extendable up to 6 months based on performance.
Work mode: In-office, Bangalore.
Expected joining: Immediate — on or before 15th June 2026.
Stipend: ₹20,000/month (TDS applicable).
Working days & timings: 6 days a week, 9:00 AM – 6:30 PM.
