Job SummaryWe are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Instructional Design Intern to support the development of engaging and effective digital learning experiences. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to design storyboards, review learning content, and build courses using LMS platforms and authoring tools.The ideal candidate brings a strong visual storytelling ability, a keen interest in instructional design and educational technology, and the ability to translate ideas into impactful learning content. They should be highly organized, adaptable, and eager to learn emerging trends in online education while delivering high-quality work within defined timelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Design storyboards for engaging and visually appealing videos to enhance learning effectiveness.
- Consult, analyze, and deliver tasks meeting the quality and timeline benchmarks
- Review transcripts and closed caption (CC) text
- Acquire and apply technology skills to build courses on a learning management system (LMS) or microlearning pieces on authoring tools
- Effectively collaborate and communicate with the team members and stakeholders
- Remain current with and have a thorough understanding of the emerging applications of instructional multimedia, instructional technology, and trends in online education.
