Job Title: Inside Sales SpecialistLocation: Delhi, India Employment Type: Full-time About the RoleWe are looking for a proactive and commercially driven Inside Sales Specialist to support our regional business operations. In this role, you will play a key part in qualifying leads, nurturing early-stage opportunities, and ensuring a strong and healthy sales pipeline. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to convert prospects into sales-ready opportunities and contribute to overall business growth. Key ResponsibilitiesQualify all incoming leads and assign them to the appropriate Account Managers based on defined processes. Manage and nurture early-stage opportunities through calls, emails, and follow-ups until they are sales-ready. Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Applications, and Service teams to ensure effective lead qualification and progression. Identify valid sales opportunities and follow structured qualification processes within defined timelines. Monitor and manage MQLs and opportunity pipelines in Salesforce to maintain accurate forecasting. Proactively generate new opportunities through campaigns such as re-engaging dormant leads, cross-selling, and upselling. Maintain accurate and timely updates in Salesforce, including detailed notes to support opportunity progression. Develop a strong understanding of products and industry applications to effectively communicate value to customers. Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing customers while identifying and nurturing new prospects. Support the broader APAC Inside Sales team as required and ensure performance against defined KPIs and metrics. Qualifications & Experience2–4 years of experience in inside sales or field sales roles. Bachelor’s degree in science (Biology, Chemistry, Physics, Biochemistry, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science) or related field. Experience in materials science or materials characterization is an advantage. Strong understanding of B2B sales processes and pipeline management. Hands-on experience with Salesforce or similar CRM tools, along with proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Fluency in written and spoken English and Hindi.
