Key Responsibilities

1. Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to generate leads and promote our products and services.

1. Utilize strong communication skills to effectively pitch our offerings and handle objections.

1. Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for achieving sales targets and increasing customer satisfaction.

1. Maintain accurate records of all sales interactions and transactions in our CRM system.

1. Provide timely and accurate information to customers regarding product features, pricing, and promotions.

1. Develop a deep understanding of our products and services in order to effectively educate customers on their benefits.

1. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor offerings to better position Eduminatti in the market.
