Key Responsibilities

1. Handle inbound and outbound calls with potential clients/patients

1. Explain SVF products/services and address patient queries

1. Generate and follow up on leads through calls, emails, and digital outreach

1. Maintain and update lead details in CRM systems

1. Conduct consultations and present suitable solutions to clients

1. Schedule VC of patients with in-house doctors' team

1. Build and maintain strong client relationships

1. Coordinate with marketing team for lead flow and campaigns

1. Achieve monthly sales and conversion targets
