About the job
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify leads through cold calling, LinkedIn, email campaigns, and market research.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective clients.
- Identify key decision-makers and schedule meetings for the Business Development team.
- Conduct follow-ups and nurture leads to create new business opportunities.
- Maintain CRM records and sales activity reports.
- Coordinate with internal teams for seamless lead conversion and client onboarding.Requirements
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in Lead Generation, Inside Sales, Business Development, or Tele Sales.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in Media, Advertising, OOH, Digital Marketing, or related industries preferred.
- Proficiency in CRM tools, LinkedIn prospecting, and MS Office.Work Location
- Current office location: Kilpauk, Chennai.
- Future office location: Nungambakkam, Chennai.
