Job Summary: We are looking for an Inside Sales / Lead Qualification Specialist who can identify serious opportunities, ask the right questions, and build meaningful first-level engagement with prospective customers. This role works closely with marketing, presales, and sales teams to improve pipeline quality and conversion outcomes. The focus is not just on lead follow-ups, but on understanding customer requirements, evaluating buying readiness, and ensuring the right opportunities move forward. The ideal candidate should be structured in their approach, and comfortable engaging with business and operational stakeholders across enterprise environments. Candidates with prior experience in AIDC solutions will be strongly preferred. Exposure to enterprise technology, digital transformation, operational technology, or solution-led B2B sales environments will also be relevant. Key Responsibilities • Evaluate inbound and campaign-generated leads to assess business potential, urgency, budget, and buying intent. • Qualify Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) into Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs) using defined qualification criteria. • Engage with prospects via calls, emails, and virtual meetings to understand requirements and identify readiness for the demo/discussion stage. • Coordinate with presales teams for technical discussions, demonstrations, and solution presentations. • Ensure smooth handover of qualified opportunities to the sales team with complete opportunity context and updates. • Maintain accurate and timely CRM updates including lead status, qualification notes, follow-up actions, and opportunity progression. • Track lead conversion metrics and support pipeline generation goals. • Follow up consistently with prospects to nurture opportunities and improve conversion rates. • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient movement of opportunities through the funnel.
