Key Responsibilities:Telecalling UAE CustomersConduct outbound calls to UAE customers to introduce Yubi's innovative financial solutions and services.Identify and qualify potential leads, scheduling follow-up calls to discuss tailored solutions that meet their unique needs.Foster strong relationships with customers by actively listening to their requirements, preferences, and pain points.Effectively pitch Yubi's comprehensive offerings, including the Credit Marketplace, Mortgages, and other products, highlighting their key benefits and features.Anticipate and address customer concerns and objections, providing personalized solutions that meet their specific needs and exceed their expectations. Data Entry and ReportingEnter customer information and call data into the CRM systems.Track and report sales metrics, including conversion rates, sales revenue, and customer satisfaction.Provide regular updates to the Front line Sales Managers in UAE, on leads sales performance and customer feedback. RequirementsBachelor's/Master’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.3-8 years of experience in sales, preferably in the financial services industry.Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
