Key Responsibilitie

• sProvide end-user support for hardware, software, and network-related issues
• .Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals
• .Troubleshoot OS issues (Windows/Linux), applications, and connectivity problems
• .Manage user accounts, access control, and permissions (Active Directory, email systems)
• .Monitor and maintain network infrastructure (LAN/WAN, WiFi, VPN)
• .Support IT assets, inventory management, and system upgrades
• .Coordinate with vendors for hardware/software procurement and support
• .Ensure data backup, security, and antivirus compliance
• .Assist in server maintenance and basic cloud operations (if applicable)
• .Maintain IT documentation, logs, and SOPs
• .Support onboarding/offboarding activities (system setup, access provisioning)
