Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated and technically skilled IT Support Engineer to join our team. The candidate should have strong troubleshooting abilities and excellent communication skills to interact with US-based end users professionally. The role involves providing technical support, resolving IT issues, and ensuring smooth system operations.

Key Responsibilities

Provide technical support to US end users through calls, emails, and remote support tools Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and system-related issues Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment Handle user account management, password resets, and access-related requests Monitor and resolve IT tickets within SLA timelines Coordinate with internal teams for issue escalation and resolution Maintain accurate documentation of issues and solutions Ensure smooth day-to-day IT operations and user support

Required Skills:

Good communication skills in English Ability to communicate confidently with US clients/end users Basic knowledge of Windows OS, networking, and system troubleshooting Knowledge of MS Office, Outlook, remote desktop tools, and ticketing systems Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Ability to work in rotational shifts/night shifts if required Team handling and coordination skills are an added advantage

Qualification:

Diploma / Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field Freshers with good communication skills can also apply

Preferred Skills:

Knowledge of Active Directory, VPN, Office 365, and basic networking Experience in customer support or technical support process Familiarity with ITIL or ticket management systems
