Role Description The IT Global Service Desk is responsible for providing technical assistance to our clients, including diagnosis and resolution of IT issues, as well as ensuring seamless operation of their computer systems and IT services.
This position is for the role of IT Support Engineer for a renowned MNC. IT Support Engineer will provide desktop/laptop/software support and assistance related to any Software/Hardware issues to the users, resolve the issues logged in the ITSM tools like ServiceNow, escalate issues to the next level as and when required and provide exceptional customer service to the users via different channels like in-person/remotely/call/chat etc.
Educational Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (B.Tech, B.E., MCA, BCA, BSc. etc..) in Computer Science or any related field
Technical Skill- Minimum 1- 3 years of experience in IT Chat/Voice/Desktop support. • Min. 2 years of experience in IT/Desktop suppor
- tKnowledge of Windows / MacOS/MacBook usage, Supporting Apple, Dell, and Lenovo devices.
Knowledge to install/uninstall software applications on Laptop/Desktop device
