Job Summary:We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented IT Recruiter with 2–4 years of experience in hiring for the India market. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates for various IT roles across technologies and experience levels. The recruiter should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple open positions simultaneously.Key Responsibilities:Work closely with hiring managers to understand technical and business hiring requirements.Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media platforms, references, and networking.Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews to evaluate candidate fit, communication skills, and technical alignment.Coordinate technical interviews and follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle including sourcing, scheduling, offer discussion, and onboarding coordination.Maintain and update candidate databases, trackers, and recruitment reports.Build and maintain a strong pipeline of IT talent for current and future hiring needs.Ensure a positive candidate experience through timely communication and follow-ups.Stay updated on current market trends, salary benchmarks, and hiring practices in the Indian IT industry.Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field.2–4 years of experience in IT recruitment for the India market.Good understanding of IT roles and technologies such as Developers, QA Engineers, DevOps, Cloud, Data Engineering, Support, etc.Hands-on experience with sourcing platforms such as Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, and other job portals.Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Ability to handle multiple positions and work under deadlines.Familiarity with ATS tools and recruitment tracking processes.Preferred Qualifications:Experience working in a staffing agency, consulting, or product-based company.Experience in bulk hiring and lateral hiring for IT positions.Knowledge of recruitment metrics and reporting.Immediate joiners or candidates with shorter notice periods preferred.
