Strong hands-on experience in Informatica PowerCenter Good knowledge of ETL workflows, mappings, and sessions Solid understanding of SQL and database concepts Exposure to production support processes (Incident/Problem Management) Good communication and stakeholder management skills Ability to work in a fast-paced, client-facing environment
Provide L2/L3 production support for Informatica PowerCenter pipelines Monitor ETL jobs, identify failures, and ensure timely resolution Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and implement preventive measures Work closely with business stakeholders and upstream/downstream teams Handle incident, problem, and change requests via ServiceNow Write and optimize SQL queries for data validation and troubleshooting Perform Unix-level debugging and script execution Ensure adherence to SLAs and support documentation
