We're Hiring | Influencer Marketing Team Lead | Gurgaon VuduCom is building at the intersection of creators, commerce, and technology helping brands scale through influencer-led growth. We operate across influencer marketing, content, and performance-driven campaigns, working with creators to drive measurable business outcomes. We're hiring a Team Lead to head our influencer division driving talent partnerships, optimizing influencer sourcing, and leading campaign execution end-to-end. This role is perfect for someone who understands the creator ecosystem, has strong negotiation skills, and can build scalable systems for discovering and managing influencer talent. Key ResponsibilitiesInfluencer Scouting & Onboarding: Identify and onboard the right creators for brand campaigns across categories and regions.Talent Relations: Build and manage strong relationships with influencer agencies, managers, and independent creators to secure the best talent at competitive costs.Negotiation & Deal Management: Lead negotiations, finalize deliverables, and ensure smooth onboarding and compliance for each campaign.Campaign Oversight: Manage influencer selection, content approvals, and performance tracking to deliver top-tier client outcomes.System & Process Building: Establish tech-led scouting and evaluation processes to continuously discover new, high-performing creators. Qualifications Must-Haves MBA from a recognized institution 2+ years of experience in marketing, digital, consulting, brand management, or media/agency roles Strong client-facing and stakeholder management experience (clients, vendors, internal teams) Proven leadership in managing teams and owning P&L Deep understanding of influencer marketing, affiliate models, and creator platforms Strong analytical mindset comfortable with data tools, reporting, and driving decisions through metrics Exceptional communication, negotiation, and execution skills Experience in high-growth or startup-like environments with agility and ownership Preferred Hands-on experience with influencer/affiliate campaign execution Exposure to negotiation scenarios contracts, vendors, pricing Track record of quantifiable impact campaign results, revenue growth, engagement metrics Passion for creator economy and digital commerce trends
