We are looking for an experienced and strategic Influencer Marketing Manager to lead and scale influencer marketing initiatives across multiple brands and campaigns. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing influencer strategies, managing teams, overseeing campaign execution, and driving measurable business outcomes through creator partnerships.
You will work closely with brand, strategy, content, and performance marketing teams to build impactful influencer programs that enhance brand awareness, engagement, and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
A. Strategy & Planning
Develop and execute influencer marketing strategies aligned with client and business objectives.
Identify opportunities for creator-led campaigns, brand collaborations, and long-term partnerships.
Establish scalable influencer marketing processes, frameworks, and best practices.
Contribute to campaign planning, budgeting, and strategic decision-making.
B. Team Management
Lead, mentor, and manage a team of influencer marketing executives and interns.
Allocate resources and oversee campaign workflows to ensure timely execution.
Review campaign deliverables and maintain quality standards across projects.
Set team KPIs, monitor performance, and support professional development initiatives.
C. Campaign Leadership
Oversee the end-to-end execution of influencer marketing campaigns across multiple brands.
Ensure campaigns are delivered within timelines, budgets, and performance expectations.

D. Influencer & Agency Relationships
Build and maintain strong relationships with influencers, talent managers, and influencer marketing agencies.
Negotiate commercial terms, contracts, deliverables, and long-term partnership agreements.
Identify high-performing creators and emerging talent across social media platforms.
Maintain a strong network within the creator ecosystem to support campaign objectives.
E. Performance & Business Growth
Analyze campaign performance metrics and optimize strategies based on insights and data.
Prepare and present campaign reports, recommendations, and performance reviews to stakeholders and clients.
Drive ROI-focused influencer marketing initiatives that contribute to business growth and client success.
Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and expanding influencer partnerships.
F. Market Intelligence
Stay updated on industry trends, platform updates, creator economy developments, and competitor activities.
Explore emerging content formats, creator segments, and platform opportunities.
Recommend innovative influencer marketing approaches to improve campaign effectiveness and engagement.

Required Qualifications & Skills
2–6 years of experience in Influencer Marketing, Digital Marketing, Creator Partnerships, or a related field.
Prior experience managing teams and handling client-facing campaigns.
Strong understanding of Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, and emerging creator platforms.
Experience managing large-scale influencer campaigns and budgets.
Strong negotiation, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills.
Expertise in campaign reporting, ROI analysis, engagement metrics, conversion tracking, and performance optimization.
Strong leadership, team management, and project management abilities.
Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
Ability to manage multiple campaigns and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working with DTC and e-commerce brands.
Knowledge of performance marketing and paid amplification strategies.
Experience handling influencer contracts and commercial negotiations.
