We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Influencer Marketing Associate to drive brand awareness, engagement, and sales through influencer collaborations. This role involves identifying suitable creators, managing campaigns end-to-end, and analyzing performance to maximize campaign effectiveness and ROI.
You will work closely with marketing, content, and performance teams to execute impactful influencer campaigns across platforms such as Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok.
Key Responsibilities
A. Influencer Identification & Outreach
Research and identify influencers aligned with the brand's target audience and campaign objectives.
Build and maintain a database of influencers across micro, macro, and celebrity categories.
Reach out to influencers, talent managers, and agencies to establish collaboration opportunities.
B. Campaign Planning & Execution
Plan and execute influencer marketing campaigns from inception to completion.
Coordinate with influencers regarding deliverables, timelines, content requirements, and campaign expectations.
Ensure campaigns are executed in line with brand guidelines and approved briefs.
C. Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with influencers and talent agencies.
Negotiate deliverables, timelines, and commercial terms for partnerships.
Serve as the primary point of contact for influencer communications and campaign coordination.
D. Content & Creative Coordination
Collaborate with influencers to create engaging and brand-aligned content.

Stay updated on influencer marketing trends, platform updates, and competitor activities.
Identify emerging creators, new content formats, and partnership opportunities to enhance campaign performance.

Required Qualifications & Skills
1–3 years of experience in Influencer Marketing, Social Media Marketing, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
Experience working with DTC or e-commerce brands is preferred.
Strong understanding of influencer marketing across platforms such as Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, and other creator-led ecosystems.
Familiarity with influencer marketing tools, creator discovery platforms, and campaign management solutions is an advantage.
Ability to analyze campaign performance metrics and derive actionable insights.
Understanding of key influencer marketing metrics, including engagement rates, reach, conversions, ROI, and campaign effectiveness.
Excellent communication, relationship management, and negotiation skills.
Strong organizational and project management abilities with the capability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
High attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience managing UGC (User-Generated Content) campaigns.
Understanding of performance marketing and influencer campaign integration.
Basic knowledge of influencer contracts, commercial agreements, and partnership management.
