Job Description
As an Industry Consultant – Strategic Industries, you will lead business growth across the Defense, Railways, and Global Capability Centers (GCC) industry segments. You will build strategic relationships with customers and ecosystem partners, influence industry strategies, and drive large automation, digital transformation, MOM, cybersecurity, and managed services opportunities.
You will report to the Industry Leader and work closely with Sales, Business Units, Strategic Account Managers, and global stakeholders in a collaborative, matrix organization.
Your Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute annual business plans for Defense, Railways, and GCC industry segments, aligning with regional and global stakeholders to achieve growth objectives.
- Drive industry-focused go-to-market strategies, identify portfolio and solution gaps, and collaborate with domain experts to build industry competency and accelerate business growth.
- Build and maintain executive-level relationships with end users, GCCs, EPCs, OEMs, consultants, technology partners, and industry ecosystem stakeholders to influence strategic decisions and create new business opportunities.
- Lead complex automation, MOM, cybersecurity, managed services, and digital transformation pursuits, working closely with presales, solutioning, delivery, and sales teams to win large strategic deals.
- Monitor and grow the sales pipeline, support coordinated pursuit activities, promote industry best practices, and provide strategic guidance to account teams to achieve business objectives and revenue targets
