Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include
Facilitate employee onboarding by ensuring smooth documentation, compliance, and orientation procedures.
Conduct regular engagement and well-being check-ins with interns and team members to monitor satisfaction, motivation, and development.
Assist in addressing workplace concerns and interpersonal challenges using evidence-based communication and conflict-management approaches.
Design and coordinate employee engagement, wellness, and recognition initiatives that promote positive workplace experiences.
Contribute to organizational development efforts by supporting HR communications, feedback mechanisms, and culture-building activities.
Assist in talent acquisition activities by evaluating applicants' competencies, behavioral attributes, and organizational fit.
Support structured interview processes and contribute to behavioral and competency-based assessment initiatives.
