About the work from home job/internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include

1. Reach out to borrowers through calls to follow up on overdue payments and recover pending dues.

1. Handle a portfolio of commercial vehicle loan accounts and ensure consistent repayment tracking.

1. Update all call details, payment discussions, and customer interactions in the App promptly.

1. Maintain regular communication with borrowers until resolution or closure of each case.

1. Work towards achieving assigned recovery and performance targets within timelines.

1. Coordinate with internal teams on escalations, repossession updates, and case resolutions.

1. Comply with all process requirements, audit standards, and company policies.

1. Negotiate repayment terms and assist in restructuring accounts when required.

1. Ensure every case is updated with accurate remarks and marked with the correct disposition.
