- Stay informed about Apple products, services, promotions, and Product Zone sales processes.
- Support colleagues by sharing product knowledge, sales insights, and customer service best practices.
- Assist in identifying ownership opportunities and helping customers select the most appropriate solutions.
- Maintain accuracy in customer interactions, sales activities, and operational processes.
- Provide customer service and operational support in various areas of the retail store as required.
- Handle multiple customer interactions simultaneously while maintaining service excellence.
- Contribute to a collaborative and inclusive workplace by respecting diverse perspectives and experiences.
