Job Description
The purpose of this position is to translate deployed strategy and business objectives from customers and stakeholders into operational excellence by enhancing value stream efficiency and effectiveness through innovative technical solutions on existing processes and MAEs, while also administering the IPN lead plant functions as applicable.
Capacity and process Development
Plan and assess the gap, implement & continually develop a manufacturing value addition flow with resources and innovative solutions (E.g. process change, CT reduction etc.) to meet technical capacity and customer requirements. Initiate change note for Tg rationalization projects to IE and Union
Plant Manufacturing Capacity / Capability - TEK, CpK, Ergo, safety compliance to meet customer requirements.
Value stream Planning
Assess internal & external requirements (e.g. BU, Plant, VS, BP, customer), true north and VS vision, support in developing future state VSD with focus topics, collaborate with Cross Functional stake holders to identify, drive and implement projects to improve Value stream efficiency & achieve operational excellence.
