The role involves driving growth and transformation for banking clients by acting as a trusted advisor to C‑suite leaders. In this role you will support and grow consulting-led deals, own account financials, and align Accenture’s capabilities to deliver business transformation and innovation agendas. Strong banking industry network, senior stakeholder management, and consulting experience are critical for success.Key Responsibilities

• Support senior leaders in understanding client business priorities and banking industry context
• Assist in consulting engagements and transformation initiatives for FS/banking clients
• Contribute solution development, proposals, and deal support activities
• Work closely with internal teams to coordinate delivery and consulting support
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with client stakeholders (mid‑management to senior levels)
• Support account growth activities through research, analysis, and client insights
• Help track account performance, commercials, and engagement deliverables
• Participate in client meetings, workshops, and presentations
