- Own the Front-End Transformation offering narrative for the IMT practice — define the point of view, build assets, and represent the offering in client conversations at Sales Director, CMO, and CEO level
- Lead origination of new Front-End mandates: identify the client need, shape the solution, structure the commercial case, and close the engagement
- Build Accenture's GTM and Sales Transformation credentials across 2W OEMs, Farm Equipment, Auto Dealer / Channel, and Industrial Mid-Market segments
- Develop relationships with C-suite and senior functional leadership at target accounts; position Accenture as the preferred transformation partner — not just a project vendorDirect and Assure Programme Delivery
- Serve as Programme Director or executive sponsor for flagship Front-End Transformation engagements — own the overall programme architecture, team structure, and client governance
- Ensure integration across workstreams: GTM redesign, channel transformation, CRM deployment, and AI-led sales productivity must come together as a coherent client experience
- Own client satisfaction (CSAT) for the offering; resolve delivery or relationship issues before they escalate; maintain trust at the top of the client organisation
- Embed AI and advanced analytics into client sales operations — from agentic pipeline management tools to connected dealer performance platformsBuild the Practice and Lead the Team
- Lead and develop a team of Managers and Consultants; set delivery standards, coach for growth, and build a culture of client focus and quality
- Own the Front-End Transformation offering P&L: revenue, CCI, utilization, and hiring plan within the IMT practice
- Drive thought leadership: publish points of view on automotive sales transformation, represent Accenture at industry events, and build the practice's market presence
- Collaborate across ZBX, SONG, Data & AI, and Digital SC to bring integrated multi-offering solutions to accounts where Front-End is the entry pointProfessional & Technical Skills
- 10–13 years of experience with at least 5 years focused on Sales Transformation, GTM Strategy, or Channel Excellence in the automotive, farm equipment, or industrial sector
- Independent track record of originating and closing consulting engagements — able to build a client relationship from scratch and convert it into a commercial mandate
