Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for an IMS Coordinator based in Hyderabad. The IMS Coordinator will oversee the implementation, maintenance, and continual improvement of the Integrated Management System (IMS), including quality, environmental, and occupational health and safety standards (such as ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 or equivalent). Day-to-day responsibilities include monitoring process compliance, coordinating internal audits, facilitating corrective and preventive actions, and maintaining documentation and records in line with IMS requirements. The role involves collaborating with production, quality, safety, and management teams to ensure adherence to policies and procedures, supporting risk assessments, and tracking key performance indicators. The IMS Coordinator will also assist in training personnel on IMS processes, preparing for external audits, and driving a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement across the organization. Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of Integrated Management Systems, including quality, environmental, and occupational health and safety standards (e.g., ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 or equivalent).
- Experience in audit coordination, including planning and conducting internal audits, managing nonconformities, and following up on corrective and preventive actions.
- Proficiency in documentation and process management, including drafting procedures, work instructions, forms, and maintaining accurate records.
- Ability to analyze data and process performance, prepare reports, monitor KPIs, and recommend improvements based on findings.
- Familiarity with industrial or manufacturing environments, preferably in steel fabrication, construction, or infrastructure projects.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams at different levels of the organization.
- Attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a structured manner.
