The Implementation Manager is responsible for implementing Cash Management, Trade Finance, and Supply Chain Finance (SFS) solutions for corporate clients. The role focuses on onboarding clients, integrating digital banking channels with client ERP systems, driving digital adoption, and managing implementation projects to ensure seamless execution and customer satisfaction.
Key Accountabilities
Drive implementation of digital mandates and transaction banking solutions while supporting critical sales opportunities and ensuring digital channel adoption targets are achieved.
Monitor revenue realization from implemented mandates and provide usage and revenue MIS reports to relevant stakeholders.
Support integration of digital banking solutions with client ERP systems to enable Straight Through Processing (STP), conduct client training, and resolve system-related issues.
Evaluate and manage technology vendors and implementation partners based on business requirements and growth objectives.
Conduct competitor analysis and market intelligence activities to strengthen DBS Cash Management offerings and enhance market positioning.
Key Responsibilities
Manage customer relationships and provide efficient client support throughout the implementation lifecycle.
Implement Cash Management, Trade Finance, and SFS solutions including Payments, Receivables, Liquidity Management, Trade Services, and Supply Chain Finance products.
Ensure timely onboarding and go-live of client mandates through a structured project management approach.
