Technical Implementation Engineer (Data & Automation)Location: Bangalore (Onsite), 5 days/weekExperience: 1-3 YearsJoining Timeline: Immediate About the RoleWe are looking for a Technical Implementation Engineer to own customer onboarding and data implementation for our platform. You will work closely with customers, Operations, and Engineering teams to ensure seamless data onboarding, identify data gaps, automate repetitive workflows, and deliver a smooth implementation experience.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end customer data onboarding and implementation.
• Validate, transform, and import customer data into the platform.
• Identify and troubleshoot data quality issues, gaps, and inconsistencies.
• Build automation scripts and workflows using Python, JavaScript, SQL, and AI-assisted tools.
• Monitor onboarding processes and proactively resolve implementation issues.
• Collaborate with Operations and Engineering teams to ensure successful customer go-lives.
• Communicate technical issues clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Continuously improve onboarding processes through automation and operational efficiency.

Requirements:

• 1-3 years of experience in Implementation Engineering, Technical Support, Solutions Engineering, Product Support, Data Operations, or similar roles.
• Hands-on experience with Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, and SQL.
• Strong problem-solving and data troubleshooting skills.
• Experience working with APIs, CSV/Excel data, data imports, or integrations.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple customer implementations simultaneously.
• Familiarity with AI tools such as Claude, Gemini, ChatGPT, or Codex is a plus.

Good to Have

• Experience in a SaaS environment.
• Exposure to customer onboarding, integrations, or implementation projects.
• Knowledge of automation workflows and process optimization.
