Job Title: Impact Assessment Analyst (2 Positions) Location: Nava Raipur (On-Site) Experience Required: 2-3 YearsAbout the Role: Data without direction is just noise. As an Impact Assessment Analyst, you are the bridge between raw research and creative execution. You will take the findings gathered from the field and translate them into a clear, actionable roadmap for our PR, social media, video production, and IEC teams. We are seeking analytical mindsdata professionals with a passion for communicationswho can continuously measure our success and pivot our strategies to ensure we are truly connecting with the citizens of Chhattisgarh. Key Responsibilities: Translate Data into Strategy: Analyze primary and secondary research findings to create comprehensive reports that dictate the direction of all PR and communication work. Measure What Matters: Study the real-world impact of our communication strategies using a mixed-methodology approach, combining online/offline surveys, social listening, and advanced analytics tools. Guide the Creative: Provide actionable, data-backed recommendations to improve the performance, reach, and resonance of our social media campaigns and public engagement activities. Field Verification: Comfortably engage in on-ground field work to verify impact and gather direct community feedback on campaign effectiveness. Visualize the Impact: Prepare compelling impact assessment reports and presentations manually and via industry-standard tools to keep stakeholders informed. Required Education & Experience: Post-graduate degree in Mass Communication, Journalism, Public Policy, Social Science, or Media Studies. 2-3 years of experience in managing communications, analytics, or impact evaluation for public/private sector entities. Experience in leading branding, mass communication, and social media projects of large scale for government or private organizations. Proficiency in local languages (Chhattisgarhi / Hindi). What Makes You Stand Out (Preferred): A background in data or analytics with a strong interest or experience in mass communication. Deep knowledge of research-led communications and modern impact assessment methodologies. Prior experience working directly with government departments or public sector communication.
