About the job Key Responsibilities Utilize advanced photo-editing techniques for image enhancement, correction, retouching, and manipulation. Edit, resize, crop, and optimize images while maintaining high-quality visual standards. Perform color correction, color grading, and LUT application to improve image quality and consistency. Create and enhance automotive images using Adobe Photoshop and other industry-standard tools. Generate new visual assets and creative variations based on project requirements. Ensure accuracy, consistency, and attention to detail across all edited images. Collaborate with internal teams to meet quality standards and project deadlines. Maintain efficient workflows and adhere to production schedules in a high-volume editing environment. Additional Information Location: Gurugram. Working Days: 6 days per week. Other requirements Required Qualifications & Skills:
Strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop with advanced image editing and retouching skills. Working knowledge of Adobe Lightroom, Adobe Illustrator, and related creative tools. Experience in image correction, retouching, color correction, cropping, resizing, and image enhancement. Ability to create visually appealing and high-quality digital assets. Strong understanding of composition, aesthetics, color theory, and visual design principles. Excellent attention to detail and quality control skills. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment. Strong time management and organizational skills. Creative mindset with a keen eye for design and visual storytelling. Prior experience in image editing, photo retouching, or digital content production is preferred.
Salary Salary during probation: After probation:
Annual CTC: ₹ 2,40,001 - 2,50,002 /year Annual CTC breakup:
Fixed pay: ₹ 2,40,000 - 2,50,000 /year Variable pay: ₹ 1 - 2 /year
