As an HR Specialist at Oliva Skin and Hair Clinic, you will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment where your skills and expertise will be put to the test. You will be responsible for managing various HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the recruitment process from start to finish, including job postings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and making job offers.
- Facilitate the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization.
- Coordinate performance management processes, including goal-setting, performance evaluations, and feedback sessions.
- Handle employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance procedures.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations, including maintaining accurate records and documentation.
- Utilize MS-Excel to analyze HR data and generate reports for management review.
- Collaborate with other departments to support organizational goals and initiatives.
