Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to onboarding
- Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives to boost morale and productivity
- Oversee the attendance management system to ensure accuracy and compliance
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and candidates, providing support throughout the process
- Utilize MS-Excel and other tools to analyze HR data and generate reports for management
- Build strong relationships with vendors to ensure quality services and cost-effective solutions
- Stay updated on HR best practices and industry trends to continuously improve HR processes and policies.
